About the Role
Due to their success and subsequent growth, MHPS are looking for an engineering graduate to join their graduate programme based in London. You will be contributing to the achievement of business goals and gaining business insight through rotational placements. Spending time in engineering services, programme management and the field services department before moving into a sales engineering role on completion of the 12-month programme.
This is a great opportunity to join a global, successful and fast-paced organisation. The role will also involve a summer placement in Madrid for you to expand your skill set further and gain a wider understanding of the business and how it operates.
Successful candidates will play an active role in the development of engineering services as well as supporting engineering projects both internally and with the customer. As a technical sales graduate, you will liaise with key stakeholders to provide support in projects, operations and with clients.
In your application we would like to understand any projects you have been involved in to demonstrate your competencies and a detailed description of your main degree modules as well as what motivates you and makes you passionate about engineering. We are looking for someone with the ability to develop relationships within a culturally diverse group of key stakeholders and excellent stakeholder/relationship management skills. You should be a team player with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills with the ability to maintain a positive, results-orientated work environment.
