You will be a relatively experienced marketeer who is passionate about developing and re-purposing content in a wide range of formats from email and social media to brochures and e-marketing. Your copy writing skills will be excellent as will your ability to develop the brand, how it looks and communicate the core activity of the business and partnerships.
Experience in a B2B marketing environment is highly desirable.
About the Role
Gradvert operates in a B2B service environment so much of the work we do is about communicating with our existing clients and key stakeholders. A large proportion of the role is weighted to looking after our website (www.gradvert.com), its CMS, and the various social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook) including running our weekly Twitter #Gradshour session which aims to connect graduates and employers.
Turning an intangible service into something tangible is critical so that we have physical evidence about what we do, how we deliver and the impact we make with all our clients. You will be responsible for creating a portfolio of collateral to support Gradvert’s products and services. Everything is wrapped in a highly structured brand architecture which you will be the guardian for, developing and maintaining and expanding it as we launch new products and services with strategic partners. You will be responsible for building brand awareness using client lead PR developing case studies, thought leadership initiatives and events that support the corporate communications platform.
You will manage all third-party suppliers to help with brand development campaigns, collateral and PR delivery. The role is very much geared to a self-starter who can manage several projects at any one time, but you will be supported through this.
Activities and channels that you will use include:
Enquiry capture and follow up
You will write compelling copy and develop segmenting messaging for our audiences. Understanding the customer journey and how to optimise it for Gradvert will be critical. You will liaise directly with stakeholders across the business and external partners and will be able to prioritise projects that align with the organisation’s overall goals.
· Strong communicator across all platforms with excellent written skills.
· Ability to write good articles and sales copy.
· Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign desirable)
· Experience of communicating through various social media platforms.
· Good understanding of CMS (we use Umbracco).

· Experience of sales and marketing services
· Minimum of 3-year experience in digital marketing in either an in-house or agency role.
· Graduate or hold an alternative qualification such as CIM.
