We are delighted to announce the launch of the IFS UK Graduate Programme. Based in High Wycombe, but with international travel opportunities, the graduate scheme aims to develop IFS’s future line of client facing consultants.

IFS UK,  a recognised leader in agile business software solutions, has launched their 2016 graduate programme to attract, recruit and develop the business leaders of the future.

Requirements

Your personality is critical to the role and you will need to be an animated, outgoing and positive person. Here are a few things we’re looking for:

  • You will be an excellent communicator
  • Dynamic with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • 2:1 Degree or above (or equivalent other)
  • An overwhelming interest in Business and constant improvement
  • Good demonstrable technical skills and/or aptitude/attitude
  • Clear sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Observant, insightful and eager to contribute
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Motivated, ambitious and determined
  • Highly committed, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are essential
  • Maintain a professional approach to work
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
