07 Jan Go-Ahead Rail Graduate Scheme
Comprising of three rail businesses, GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway), London Midland and South Eastern, Go-Ahead carries 273 million rail passengers a year. The Go-Ahead Group is the UK’s busiest rail operator.
Go-Ahead’s vision, “Where every journey is taken care of”, is central to the ethos of the graduate programme. Graduates will learn many different aspects of running a complex business and get hands-on industry experience in several Train Operating Companies (TOCs) over two-years. At the end of the programme graduates are ready to move into a substantive role, pursuing a career in rail operations and contributing towards critical service delivery.
Go-Ahead has achieved the Investors in People gold award for giving its employees the best possible opportunities to develop, receive quality leadership and continuously improve. As a result, you can expect a mixture of on-the-job training, e-learning, mentoring and networking opportunities throughout the programme.
