Gradvert devised a bespoke marketing and attraction campaign to support IFS in; raising their profile within the graduate market, establishing themselves as an employer of choice and attracting high calibre graduates to their scheme.
To achieve this, Gradvert devised a three stage solution:
- A digital portfolio of promotional graphics, bespoke content, videos and webpages to build an online presence for the brand.
- A tour of ‘GradTalks’ at key universities across the UK accessing over 300 students to raise awareness of the brand.
- A structured marketing campaign, including PPC, digital and social platforms.
