The Solution

Gradvert devised a bespoke marketing and attraction campaign to support IFS in; raising their profile within the graduate market, establishing themselves as an employer of choice and attracting high calibre graduates to their scheme.

To achieve this, Gradvert devised a three stage solution:

  • A digital portfolio of promotional graphics, bespoke content, videos and webpages to build an online presence for the brand.
  • A tour of ‘GradTalks’ at key universities across the UK accessing over 300 students to raise awareness of the brand.
  • A structured marketing campaign, including PPC, digital and social platforms.

The Impact

With the support of Gradvert’s marketing and attraction strategy, IFS have been able to:

  • Raise their profile within the graduate market and attract thousands of applications for their UK Graduate Programme.
  • Host over 4 days of assessment events to cater for and assess top graduate talent.
  • Offer over 15 graduate placements to high potential candidates.
  • Support all of the graduates, who are now working as specialist consultants within the business.
  • Enter their third year of the graduate programme and establish a long term partnership with Gradvert.
