The Role

As Field Sales Manager you will be tasked with identifying and securing new clients that have a need for developing their workforce from graduate to senior management level. You will be responsible for targeting both SME’s and larger corporate clients.

The Person

You will be resilient and have a strong sales background demonstrating your skills and ability to understand the client needs, develop proposals and be able to close a sale with a range of decision makers at various levels of the organisation.

Experience of selling to Human Resource or Learning and Development teams is desirable and / or experience of training and graduate recruitment or development.

Upon joining you will receive comprehensive training and will be provided with a full and tailored induction to the business.
